You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
Section 4: Listings, Items & Accuracy
4.1 Authentic Items Only
Only authentic watches may be listed for sale. Sellers must clearly describe each item, including whether it is a full set (box and papers) or partial set. Modified watches are allowed if evidence of the modification can be provided.
4.2 Proof of Authenticity
Sellers must be prepared to provide proof of authenticity. If they cannot, Bezeled offers an optional third-party authentication service at additional cost.
4.3 Listings
All listings must include clear, high-quality photos of the actual item for sale. Cross-platform listings are allowed, but users must communicate and complete transactions through Bezeled. Sellers may cancel their listing at any time.
4.4 Counterfeit Investigations
If a watch is found to be counterfeit, the Bezeled team will investigate. If the issue appears to be an honest mistake, we will handle it fairly. Repeated or intentional violations may result in suspension or legal action.
4.5 Accessories
Bezeled may include a separate category for accessories, but the main marketplace is focused solely on watches.
4.6 Listing Accuracy
Sellers must ensure listings are accurate. Any misleading information may result in removal of the listing or further action.
Section 5: Payments & Fees
5.1 Escrow Service
All transactions are processed via a third-party escrow service. Funds are held until the buyer confirms satisfaction or 7 days have passed without dispute, after which payment is automatically released to the seller.
5.2 Commission Fees
Both verified private sellers and professional dealers are subject to a 5% commission on the final sale price. This ensures a level playing field and fairness across seller types.
5.3 Payouts
Sellers are paid by bank transfer via the third-party escrow provider. Any disputes during this process will be handled by the escrow service’s resolution system.
Section 6: Fees, Commissions & Pricing
6.1 Platform Access
Buyers and Private Sellers must create a free Bezeled account and complete identity verification to list or purchase watches.
Professional Dealers must register as a Verified Dealer, starting from ÂŁ99/month. This includes added visibility, dealer branding, and access to dealer tools. (Pricing subject to change with notice.)
6.2 Commission Structure
A flat 5% sales commission is charged on all completed transactions, deducted automatically at the point of escrow payout. This applies to:
- Verified Private Sellers
- Verified Professional Dealers
🔹 Listing an item is free. Commission is only charged when a sale is successfully completed via Bezeled.
6.3 Payment Handling & Escrow
All payments are processed via a secure third-party escrow provider. Funds are held safely until:
- The buyer confirms the watch is as described, or
- 7 days have passed without a dispute, at which point funds are automatically released.
Once cleared, funds are paid out via bank transfer to the seller.
🔹 Any disputes related to payment release will be managed through the escrow provider’s resolution system, with Bezeled involvement if needed.
6.4 Additional Services (Optional)
Bezeled may offer add-on services at extra cost, such as:
- Watch authenticity checks for buyers and sellers
- Listing enhancements for visibility
- Promoted placements on the site
Pricing for these optional services will be clearly listed before purchase.
6.5 Off-Platform Sales Policy
To maintain a secure experience for all users:
- Users must not use Bezeled to arrange off-platform sales or avoid commission fees.
- Attempting to bypass the platform to complete a deal privately may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
Section 7: Shipping & Delivery
7.1 Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for shipping items securely and with sufficient insurance. Tracking information must be provided.
7.2 Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must ensure they provide accurate delivery information and must inspect the item upon arrival, confirming acceptance within 7 days.
7.3 Delivery Issues
In cases of loss or damage during delivery, buyers and sellers must cooperate with the courier and insurance process. Bezeled will assist in resolving issues when possible.
Section 8: Disputes & Resolutions
8.1 Reporting Issues
If there is an issue with a transaction, users must report it within 7 days of delivery.
8.2 Resolution Process
Bezeled will facilitate communication between buyer, seller, and the escrow provider to resolve disputes. Users must cooperate fully with any investigations.
8.3 Escalations
If a resolution cannot be reached, the issue may be escalated to the third-party escrow provider for a final decision. Bezeled’s involvement is supportive but not binding in final dispute decisions.
Section 9: Privacy & Data Protection
9.1 Data Collection
Bezeled collects personal information necessary to provide our services, including but not limited to:
- Name, email address, phone number, and shipping details
- Identification documents for verification purposes
- Payment and bank details required for transactions and payouts
- Usage data such as login history, IP addresses, and device information
9.2 Use of Data
We use personal data to:
- Verify user identities to prevent fraud and ensure security
- Facilitate buying, selling, payment processing, and dispute resolution
- Communicate important updates, support requests, and marketing (where consented)
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) laws
9.3 Data Sharing
