Secure Payment via Escrow

Your security is non-negotiable. Every transaction on Belezed is secured by our escrow payment system. When you purchase a watch, your funds are held in escrow until you’ve inspected the watch and are satisfied with it. You have 48 hours to review the item and once you’ve approved the delivery, only then the funds are released to the seller.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If any watch you receive is defective, isn’t as per its initial description in the listing or doesn’t meet your expectations, our 14-day (from the delivery time) money-back guarantee has you covered. Reach out to our support to initiate a return (the watch should be in its original, unused condition as received with all the paperwork and packaging intact) and receive a refund quickly.

Easy Return Process

Returning a watch you’ve bought on Bezeled is hassle-free. Our three-step process makes sure it is not a headache. 

1. Raise a Request With Our Support Team: Log into your account and reach out to our support team within 14 days of delivery. Provide them with as many details about the issue as possible and upload photos or videos as evidence. They’ll confirm your return request and initiate further steps.
2. Ship It Back To The Seller: Send the watch back to the seller in its original condition and fully insured. Pack the watch securely, including all original materials. 

Receive Your Refund: Once we verify the return, your refund will be issued within two to four business days. Payments go back to your original method or you can opt for Bezeled store credit to save 5% on future purchases.
